In the Hal E-Bank application, the name and address of the company (account owner) are displayed as they are recorded in the bank’s administration for Halcom. The name and address information is visible in the upper left corner of the application, in the transfer order, and in the statement and transaction overview.
When there is a change in the address or name of the company, when submitting the request for data change at the bank, additionally emphasize that the change also needs to be made in the administration for Halcom.
If you have received feedback from the bank that the data has been changed in the administration for Halcom, follow these steps in the Hal E-Bank application.
In top menu go to Comunnication > My first connection to the bank
In the liste of banks select the bank you wich connect with and clik on Connect
Enter your PIN code and wait for a few moments
