The ‘Title missing’ problem in Nexus Personal is the result of outdated version of the application or missing/incorrect drivers for your smart card reader or USB key.

If you have lower version than 5.8, you need to instal the latest version
from this page.
In case you have Title Missing even after updating the application version, you will need to install drivers for your smart card reader or USB key.
If you are using a Halcom USB key or a Gemalto (ID Bridge CT30) smart card reader, download and install the DRIVER.

After installing the driver, token information in Nexus Personal will change from ‘Title missing’ into the Electronic ID, which means that the program can properly read your digital certificate from the smart key and you can start using it.
