If you have a version of the Personal E-Bank application earlier than 26 (the version is displayed at the top of the application), you must upgrade the application. Only Windows 10 and Windows 11 are supported.
To download the Personal E-Bank 26.0.2.21, click on “Download Personal E-Bank” button below:
Once the download is complete, click the folder icon in the upper-right corner of the browser to open the location where the file was downloaded.
Right click on Personal.exe and choose Properties.
Check Unblock and click OK. If you dont see Unblock option, continue with the next step
Start the installation by double-clicking on Personal.exe.
(If a window appears asking “Do you want to allow…”, click Yes.)
In the “Question” window, click Yes.
At the window “Welcome to the InstallShield wizard for the Hal E-Bank/Personal”, click Next.
In the “Do you accept the licensing agreement?” window, click Yes.
Under Installation Type, leave the Upgrade option selected and click Next.
Click Finish to complete the application upgrade.
The Nexus Personal window will appear, you can close it and then start the Personal E-Bank application.
