Certificate renewal can be ordered on Windows 10 or 11 operating system, using newest versions of Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge or Mozilla Firefox browser.
Please read the instructions below carefully, then click on the “ORDER A RENEWAL” option..
INSTRUCTIONS:
Insert your smart card into the reader or USB key in the computer and click on POČETAK.
IMPORTANT: To successfully submit a request for renewal, it is necessary to have an up to date version of the Nexus Personal application – the latest version has a blue and white icon 
If the icon is red and white, click PREUZMI NEXUS to download the latest version.
Choose your certificate and click OK.
Insert your PIN code and click on Verify my identity.
Enter the missing data and click on NASTAVITE.
If you want to receive proinvoice on a different email address, enter a new email address and phone number. Click on NASTAVITE.
If you want the proinvoice to refer to the legal entity, select Želim predračun za pravno lice and enter company details.
By clicking on the PRILOŽITE DOKUMENT option, a window will open in which you need to select a file with a personal document
After checking the confirmation field click on NASTAVITE.
Check the entered data and click on NASTAVITE.
Check the data in your electronic form. After checking, click on the option POTPIŠI in order to sign the form.
For successful signing click on Open Nexus Personal – Plugout.
Insert your PIN code and click on SIGN.
After entering the PIN code, you will receive a message that you have successfully signed the document. Click OK.
You need to sign the Consent for Personal Data Processing in the same way. Click on option POTPIŠI.
Insert your PIN code and click on SIGN.
After entering the PIN code, you will receive a message that you have successfully signed the document. Click OK.
To confirm the sending of your request, click on the option POŠALJI.
You have successfully submitted your request. Signed requests and a proinvoice have been sent to your email address.
You can download the invoice by clicking on the option PREUZMITE FAKTURU.
