If you have not, download Nexus Personal here.

Double click on installation file. (If a prompt appears, click on Yes.)

In the first two setup windows, click on Next

After the installation is completed, click on Finish

After installation, the Nexus Personal program icon will appear in bottom right corner of the screen (next to the clock and date).
