To be able to use your renewed qualified digital certificate, you will need Hal E-Bank gen. 20 or above. For installation, please go to http://namestitev.halcom.si and download Hal E-Bank.

Brief instructions:
To start the download process, click RUN or save the download program to your device by clicking SAVE.
Check that the smart card or USB key is inserted properly and confirm by clicking RUN.
The ‘Renewal of digital certificate’ box will open. To proceed with the download, click Start.
- If you need further instructions, click Help.
- Click Configuration to connect to the http proxy server, if used.
Confirm the displayed notification by clicking OK.
Enter your PIN code and confirm it by clicking Verify my identity.
After you have downloaded the renewed qualified digital certificate, a notification will appear. Confirm by clicking Close.
The renewal process is completed. Another dialog with user data will open, displaying the old and renewed qualified digital certificate. Confirm by clicking Close.
You can check your renewed qualified digital certificate in Nexus Personal (Start/Programs/Personal 4.X.X/Personal). Click View – Preferences – Card Readers – Empty Cache.
The cache has been cleared. Confirm by clicking OK.
In Nexus Personal program click on Electronic ID. The renewed certificate is marked with the number 2.
