Brief instructions:
To start the download program, click RUN or save the down load program to your computer by clicking SAVE.
Then click Actions.
Click More options.
Click Run anyway.
A ‘Download digital certificate’ box will open. Enter the reference number you received by e-mail into the Reference number box. Type the password you received via mail into the Password field. Continue the process by clicking the Download button.
- For additional information, click the Instructions button.
- If you are using the http proxy server, select ‘Settings’ and complete the fields
A new window will open, requiring you to enter your chosen password. You will need this password when importing the digital certificate to your browser so keep it safe. Continue by clicking on OK.
Select the location (preferably, ‘My documents’) where your digital certificate will be stored. Continue by clicking the Open button.
