For ONE FOR ALL smart card holders
The existing holders of the ONE FOR ALL smart card can order a new qualified digital certificate for individuals online, without having to go to certification authority in person.
Registration authorities
You can submit the Request for the issuance of a qualified digital certificate issued by HALCOM CA and Consent for the processing of personal data in person with one of the following registration authorities:
- at Halcom d.d. headquarters (Dunajska cesta 123, Ljubljana)
- at UniCredit Bank d.d. branches
- at Zavarovalnica Sava d.d. branches
Submission by mail
Besides submitting the application with a certified registration authority, you can also mail the application to the issuer. In this case you will need to:
- verify and legalise the signature on the application by a certified notary or an administrative unit and send the application to Halcom d.d. by registered mail
