I entered the wrong PIN too many times and locked the Halcom MultiPay mobile app. How can I reactivate it?

You can reactivate the mobile app within the Halcom MultiPay user portal by clicking on the New registration button.

  • Enter your email address and generate new codes
  • Delete the existing Halcom MultiPay mobile application and install a new one (data will not be lost)
  • Activate the new mobile application by entering new codes.
