Loading...In Settings, you can download the Halcom One app to access your digital certificate on a new mobile device – at the same time, you can only access your digital certificate from an app installed on one phone.
The download takes place in 3 steps:
The app contains brief instructions on how to transfer a digital certificate to a new device.
Verify that the email address listed in your profile in the app is correct, as you will receive new registration codes to activate digital certificate on the other phone. If you don’t have this information, you can add an email address in this step. You can also change the email address in this step.
You can sign the document to transfer your digital certificate to another phone by entering the correct PIN or using biometric data.
