I have lost or destroyed the mobile device I used to access the Halcom One certificate. What do I need to do to regain access on my new device?

Install the Halcom One app on your new device and send a request for new activation and registration codes to ca@halcom.si. The message has to contain your name, surname, mobile phone number and tax number and a description of what has happened. Halcom CA will decide whether, for security reasons, it is necessary to block the existing certificate and issue a new one, or whether you will only receive codes to reactivate access to the existing certificate.
