I signed the package in My Folder but since it did not have all the necessary signatures, I did not send it to the bank. Now I can no longer see the package in My Folder.

Only packages awaiting your signature are visible in My Folder. When a package has been signed, it will no longer be visible in your folder. The package is still visible in My Folder of those users who can still sign it. The last signatory then sends the package to the bank.
