ELECTRONICALLY
The plenipotentiary can
- electronically sign the form (Request for obtaining digital certificate for plenipotentiary) with his personal qualified digital certificate or
- print the form out, handwritten sign it, scan it and submit it to the legal representative for digital signature.
Legal representative electronically signs the Overall request form and Request for obtaining digital certificate for plenipotentiary form with his personal qualified digital certificate and sends them by e-mail to ca@halcom.si.

Personally
Subject to submitting valid proof of identity, a legal representative of the business entity may carry out hand-delivery of the documentation at the registered seat of Halcom d.d., Dunajska cesta 123, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia. If a business entity is officially represented by several persons, all these persons need to be present since the identity of all representatives must be verified.
