THE FOLLOWING STEPS ARE IMPORTANT FOR THE USE OF A RENEWED DIGITAL CERTIFICATE:
Certain browsers do not automatically install the new root and intermediate certificates. If you have problems accessing any of the e-portals after the renewal of your digital certificate, install the root and intermediate digital certificate issued by Halcom CA.

IMPORTANT!
To be able to use your renewed qualified digital certificate, you will require Hal E-Bank gen 20 or above. For installation, please go to http://namestitev.halcom.si and download Hal E-Bank.
Users of INTRASTAT’s e-services will need to inform INTRASTAT about the new serial number of your digital certificate as you will only be able to use your renewed digital certificate in electronic transactions once INTRASTAT has received its new serial number.
Users of the Ajpes web portal need to upload their qualified digital certificates on their personal profiles on http://www.ajpes.si/pooblastila/po_cert.asp. For more information, please contact Ajpes
Users of the eDavki (eTaxes) web service must re-register their renewed digital certificates on the eDavki website.
