The Delivery folder contains documents for which the bank has not sent a confirmation of receipt. This warning is usually displayed after a poor or interrupted communication with the bank server
- If the grey batch, is still in the Delivery folder, you can try sending it again later. Even if the bank received the documents during your first send attempt, the orders will not become duplicated.
- The grey batch has already been deleted from the Delivery folder. By preparing and sending the orders again, they could become duplicated at the bank. We recommend that you first check with the bank whether they received the documents before making further send attempts.
