When I try to sing in the app displays the message “The application can only be installed on one device”

Halcom One provides a high level of security by allowing access to the certificate from only one device. Therefore, one user can’t have Halcom One apps installed on multiple devices. To continue, use the device on which Halcom One is installed. However, if you don’t have a device on which Halcom One is installed, report the problem to ca@halcom.si.
